Shipping and Returns Policy
CRVSH Shipments
All CRVSH products are shipped to the following locations:
- The entire territory of the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Croatia, Russia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

For orders outside the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or any of the other countries, there may be a customs tax that in any case would be assumed by the customer .
PREORDER CRVSH
CRVSH PREORDER products have special shipping conditions. Purchases are made during the PREORDER period, they are manufactured and shipments begin in each case on the date indicated on the product page . If a shipment mixes PREORDER products with non-PREORDER products, the other products will be reserved and will be shipped together with the pre-sale product from the aforementioned date. Once you receive confirmation of shipment of your product, the delivery time will be the usual one according to your shipping area.
Can I return my CRVSH?
At CRVSH we want our customers to have a 100% CRVSH with their purchase, so if the experience has not been what you expected, you have up to 15 calendar days from the day of receipt to return your order, counting from the day you received it.
To make an exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging (with everything inside, including the dust cover if applicable) and with its corresponding labels.
Once CRVSH has been notified of the request, the client must process the return within 7 working days , unless it is an exceptional situation that must be justified.
Can I exchange an item?
At CRVSH we do not exchange items, but rather return them. Therefore, if the customer wishes to exchange the item for a different one, they must purchase the new item and return the old one. The refund for the returned item will be made once CRVSH receives the order and verifies that it is in perfect condition.
TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN, THE FOLLOWING STEPS MUST BE FOLLOWED:
- You must report the return via email pedidos@crvsh.es within 15 calendar days from the day you received your order.
- The administrator of the website will inform the USER/CLIENT of the address to which the product must be sent.
- Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. product.
- The USER/CLIENT will receive a courier at the indicated address . The return must be paid for by the USER/CLIENT unless it is an error on the part of CRVSH.
- The package must contain both the name and surname of the CUSTOMER and the order number in question.
- The return must be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the date on which the customer is informed of the address to which the product in question must be sent. If this period is exceeded, CRVSH will not be responsible for the return and will proceed to send the order back to the customer.
- Once the return has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the amount of the product will be refunded (excluding shipping) . The refunded amount will appear again in your account within a period of 1-7 days, depending on the banking entities involved.
- In the event that the package does not arrive at our offices, CRVSH is not responsible for the refund of the amount.
- Exchanges are not accepted, only returns. That is, if you want to exchange an item for another, you will have to purchase the new item and return the old one. Once received, we will refund the price of the returned item.
What happens if I detect some kind of defect in my item?
At CRVSH we want to offer our customers the best possible experience with our items. As they are handmade, it is possible that they may occasionally present some damage, which is why we check all our items one by one before they are sent.
However, if upon receiving the item you detect any type of defect in it, you must notify us within a maximum period of 72 hours from the delivery of your order to the email pedidos@crvsh.es . You must report the defect or attach photos of it so that we can exchange the item or proceed with its repair. The product in question cannot be used. After this period, CRVSH will not be responsible for the defect.
Alcoholic liquids such as hydrogel are corrosive to synthetic materials, CRVSH is not responsible for these damages.
